Terms
Updated 20 October 2026
Board is run by Creedus Group Limited, a company registered in New Zealand.
Board puts the photos you publish on other people’s new tabs, in their own browser, many times a day. That is a lot of trust to be handed, and these are the terms of it.
What you publish
Only your own work. You keep everything you publish. You give Board permission to show it to the people who follow you, on your page at board.gallery and where creators are listed. By adding photos you confirm you made them or have the right to share them.
What must not be published
- Sexual content, nudity, or anything drawing people to it.
- Content attacking people for their race, ethnicity, religion, disability, gender, age, nationality, veteran status or sexual orientation.
- Threats, harassment or bullying, or content singling out a private person.
- Real violence, gore, or anything glorifying either.
- Work that isn’t yours, including brands, logos, photographs and type you have no right to.
- Pretending to be a person or an organisation you are not.
- Anything unlawful, and anything that deceives the people looking at it.
A photo that breaks these comes down, and the account that published it may go with it. Board can do that without notice, because the photo is already on somebody else’s screen.
Telling us about a photo
Anybody can report a photo, with no account: choose Report at the foot of the creator’s page, or on your new tab choose their name, then ⋯ and Report. Or write to report@board.gallery. Board looks at every report. If you believe a photo infringes your copyright, write to the same address with what the work is, where the photo is, and that you are the owner or act for them.
Your account
You must be 16 or over to make an account. You can stop at any time: Delete account in Account settings deletes your account and your photos. Board may close an account that breaks these terms, or that is used to publish other people’s work.
The rest
Board is provided as it is. It may not always be available, and Board is not responsible for what a creator publishes beyond taking it down when told. These terms are governed by the law of New Zealand.
